The police reported today that on Tuesday a corpse was discovered in the undergrowth by the side of the road in  Kockelscheuer on avenue de la Pouderie at about 11:20am.

The report went on to say that the body was male, and the police believed it to have been there for some time as it was already in a state of decay.

The prosecutor requested an autopsy. The Identification Bureau carried out the necessary surveys.

For several months now, a man has been reported missing in the Kockelscheuer area having left the campsite area and it is a possibility that this could be the man as he has never been discovered.  However this is only speculation and no confirmation has been provided.
