Albert Kasel, 58 years old, was undergoing treatment at the psychiatric hospital in Ettelbrück. He was last seen at a bus stop in Echternach from where he was supposed to take the bus back to the hospital. He never made it.

Mr Kasel is about 1.65 to 1.70 metres tall, has a squarish shaped face, close- cropped reddish hair, and wears dark glasses. He was last seen wearing jeans, a plaid shirt and a beige raincoat. If anybody has information about his whereabouts, please contact the police on the emergency number 113.
