After five weeks of swine flu vaccinations across the country, the Department of Health has advised that the Campus Centre Forum Geesseknäppchen in Luxembourg City will close its doors Saturday, November 28, 2009 at 5pm.

From Monday, November 30, 2009, vaccination will operate in a decentralised manner with general practitioners and paediatricians involved in the vaccination campaign.   People wishing to be vaccinated against the influenza A (H1N1) virus  are requested to contact their general practitioner or paediatrician. The vaccination will then take place in the medical office.

Pregnant women are advised to apply directly to their gynaecologist. Vaccinations in these cases will be carried out in maternity clinics.

Please note that there is a free telephone number 8002 80 80 where all citizens can ask questions about the swine flu virus and vaccination and will be available from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5pm starting on  Monday, November 30, 2009.
